Equatorial Guinea Zhengwei Participated in the Event Themed "Warm Children's Hearts, a China-Africa Joint Action"
On May 27th, the event of caring for the health of African orphans, themed "Warm Children's Hearts, a China-Africa Joint Action", was grandly held in the city of Riyaba, Equatorial Guinea. Officials from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Gender Equality, the First Lady Foundation, and other departments in Equatorial Guinea, as well as representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Equatorial Guinea, the Chinese Medical Team, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Equatorial Guinea and member enterprises, along with over 200 local school teachers and students, attended this event. Zheng Dejun, the General Manager of Equatorial Guinea Zhengwei Company and Deputy President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Equatorial Guinea, participated in the event and signed, on behalf of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Equatorial Guinea, a donation certificate with the Secretary General of the First Lady Foundation.

During this event, the Chinese Embassy in Equatorial Guinea, the Chinese Medical Team in Equatorial Guinea and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Equatorial Guinea jointly donated first aid kits, books, audio-visual products, sports equipment and daily supplies to the First Lady Foundation of Equatorial Guinea and local schools. They also distributed care packages to all students, containing health supplies, stationery, food and other items. The Chinese Medical Team also provided free medical consultations to nearly 200 teachers and students, nearby residents and Equatorial Guinea staff.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Equatorial Guinea and the Secretary General of the First Lady Foundation stated that they attended the event on behalf of the First Lady, Constancia Mangue, and highly appreciated for the "Warm Children's Hearts, a China-Africa Joint Action" initiative jointly launched by Professor Peng Liyuan, the wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, and the African First Ladies Development Fund. They expressed sincere gratitude to the Chinese government and enterprises for their tremendous contributions and selfless dedication to the social development of Equatorial Guinea over the years.
