Director Ma Jianjun delivering a speech
The Moukoukoulo Hydropower Station in the Republic of Congo was a Chinese government aid project in the 1970s, with a total installed capacity of 74 MW and an annual generating capacity of more than 400 million KWH. It is one of the major energy supply power stations in the country. In 2003, WIETC undertook the largest foreign aid overhaul and reconstruction task since the completion of the hydropower station, which was recognized as an excellent project by the Ministry of Commerce. Several project participants were awarded the Knighthood Medal by the President of the Republic of Congo. The signing of this concession agreement marks another solid step in the transformation of WIETC's engineering business to the integration of investment, construction and operation, providing new momentum for our company's high-quality and sustainable development.
